Nowadays Outlook is the most popular email application that is used to send and receive bulk of emails in an organization as well as personal level. As Search option, is the most important feature of the Outlook application. It helps to perform a specific search of a defined criterion. In Outlook 2016 for Mac, users receive a message “No Results,” when they try to search specific mail message or task items are not displayed in Task folder. MacOS: 10.14.1 Outlook: 16.9 (181109) There seems to have been some issues with the last couple of updates for MS Outlook through Office 365. Recent emails aren't being indexed and aren't being displayed when searching via the software; however, they are available via portal.office.com. The problems over the last few days seem to have got much worse where previous emails that were being indexed and displayed are now missing (most recent emails in some searches from 2016!) Has anyone else experienced this or aware of a fix? It's affecting our entire business of c25 people and has been a problem that started a number of months ago with occasional emails disappearing, but is now becoming a pretty serious/debilitating issue for colleagues.
